How does billing work?
Memberships are one-time crypto payments — monthly or annual. When the paid window runs out, your tier simply lapses back to the free Member plan; nothing auto-charges because there is nothing to auto-charge.
When do I get my points?
Points land the moment your payment verifies on-chain: paid total × your tier multiplier. Redeem them at checkout — 100 points = $1, up to the redemption cap shown in your cart.
What is the Elite free gift?
Every paid Elite order ships with a free Recon Solution (3 mL) vial packed alongside your compounds — automatically, no code needed.
How does the $50 Elite credit work?
On any order of $150 or more, Elite members get 5,000 points (a $50 value) credited to their account. Stack it with the 10× points you already earn on that order.
Can I cancel?
